In all earlier versions of Windows, every Hardisk’s partition comes with a drive letter and you can optionally set drive name as well. But in Windows 7 both drive letter and drive name are optional. In Windows 7 you can hide/show default drive letters like C:, D:, E: etc. So now just give appropriate names to your drives and hide the drive letters. It looks better than before.
